More About Shane Snively, Charlotte Business Planner

As Principal and Managing Partner, it is my responsibility to hire, train and manage all of our associates and to run the firm’s Charlotte headquarters. In addition to my work with clients, I manage all of the day-to-day business operations, focusing on process management, client relations, marketing and strategic planning.

I have dedicated my practice to assisting business owners like myself with their needs, from the basics like group retirement planning, to advanced business succession and exit planning. I used my business expertise to help EVALUSYS create their business planning platform on exit and succession planning.

I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, recipient of two Air Force Commendation Medals and was Air Combat Commands Professional Provider of the Year in 1996. I served in the Middle East and provided humanitarian relief to the people of Bosnia. I am also a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

My wife Susan is a family practice physician, and we live in Charlotte with our four children. I really enjoy coaching soccer, volunteering at their schools, hiking in the EXTREME HIKE for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, golfing and reading. I also currently volunteer my time as Planned Giving Director for The Message for Mayans, a non-profit organization focused on helping the people of the Yucatan.

The Lord has blessed me and my family with so much, and I am forever grateful for the amazing clients, friends, and family we serve.
